Brief
Design a simple web app for a project management tool for enterprise customers. The app should allow enterprise teams to collaborate on projects and track progress. The app should have a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to create and assign tasks, track deadlines, and communicate with team members.
Results
The designed app features a clean, clutter-free interface, making it easier for users to navigate and collaborate on projects.
Key insights from my research:
Everything should be intuitive & easily accessible.
Task status is often checked by users.
Choosing a primary color & creating the brand logo
I used this refreshing shade of blue to convey trust.
Designing dashboard to let users manage projects & communicate with team
I skipped wireframing due to time crunch & started with high fidelity designs iterating along the way.
Based on the brief, I chose this three main navigation:
Dashboard - shows all projects & tasks
My Tasks - shows tasks assigned to me
Team updates - shows updates from the team

Designing a project detail page to let users manage projects & communicate with team
From my research, I found that having the details about tasks was important for users to know all important details about a task like due dates, status and priorities. These project details allowed users to get a quick glance at a project.
Designing a chat page to allow users to get updates from the team
Having a message section will allow users to communicate with the team effectively and get updates on the app. It will help increase the app's engagement & retention.
